Milad Zare was lived with his family in the village of Hamzeh-Kola Shesh Pol, near Babol. He worked in a small automotive workshop alongside his older brother, Farhad Zare, mainly involved in battery service and car repair work. According to accounts about his life, he was known as a football enthusiast and a supporter of Esteghlal Tehran football club.
